🚩 Please note: My audio recordings are currently available in Czech only, but I am working on bringing this project to life for my international students as well.
I believe that yoga happens primarily within; that is why I am creating a unique project: detailed audio descriptions of yoga poses. I prepare these recordings with such precision that they serve as a full-guided experience for the visually impaired, as well as for complete beginners who wish to learn the correct technique without constantly looking at a screen.
👣 How is this Audio Yoga created?
✨ Quality over quantity: I create these guides gradually and with great care. Currently, my library includes the first few poses from the Ashtanga Primary Series, including a detailed Sun Salutation A.
🌿 A benefit for your practice: Audio guidance teaches you to perceive your breath and your body’s internal alignment. It is the perfect tool if you want to practise at home and are unsure of the correct execution.
🧠 Perception through all senses: This descriptive style helps anchor your attention exactly where it belongs – within yourself.

Ashtanga Yoga can be practised dynamically, promoting strength and vitality, or very gently in accordance with how you currently feel. During this “yoga of breath“, you will naturally warm up, calm your thoughts, and focus on conscious movement. Through the forward folds of the Primary Series and the backbends of the Second Series, you work with both your physical body and your emotional world. ✨

🧘 Ten years on the mat: Ashtanga Yoga has been flowing through my body since 2016, giving me a deep understanding of every pose and the process you go through.
🎓 Aiyia School: A year-long teacher training for Ashtanga Yoga Therapy, 1st and 2nd series (2023).
📜 Certification: 200 hours of intensive Ashtanga, breathwork, and self-development practice with a focus on yoga therapy (tailoring poses to the individual).
🌲 Local roots: My studies took place in Frýdlant nad Ostravicí, with an emphasis on movement safety and a personal approach to every student.

Individual Ashtanga Yoga in your home 🏠
Pain relief: Through correct breathing and alignment, we release both the back and the mind. The entire system is designed to cleanse the body and gradually dissolve tension.
Slow and steady progress: We proceed pose by pose. We don’t add a new one until the body can handle the previous one safely and without pain.
Logical sequence: The practice has a precise order – each pose prepares the body for the next until your joints and muscles are perfectly ready.
Your own practice sheet: You will receive a printed guide of what we learn together for your home practice, so you can exercise safely on your own.
Shared joy: Practise alone or with up to 2 friends. Even in a small group, I will attend to each of you individually according to your needs.

I am currently looking for ways to connect my practice with the demand in our region.
👶 Yoga for Mums (coming soon): I am considering opening classes in Kunčice pod Ondřejníkem where you can practise in the presence of your children. Your interest will decide – if you would like these classes starting in September, let me know!
