Kids under 10 don’t need to do the poses perfectly; the main goal is to motivate them, have fun moving, and incorporate yoga into their daily lives. Their bodies will gradually become stronger and their balance will improve.

Ashtanga is the yoga of breath, where you’ll sweat and quiet your mind by focusing on yourself and mindful movement. Ashtanga yoga has therapeutic effects, working with both the physical and subtle bodies, the front and back of the body (harmoniously combining forward bends and backbends).
I’m happy to customize the poses to help you reconnect with your body, boost your self-confidence, and support healing from various ailments.

Try an individual online lesson with me. The first half-hour meeting is free of charge to test it out. I will tailor the program to meet your needs, any past injuries and range of movement. A link to a video (homework) will follow each lesson.

"I'm not very flexible, can I still do Ashtanga yoga?
Flexibility isn’t about being like a rubber band. Our bodies have memory, and with consistent practice (even just 5 minutes a day), you’ll gradually improve.
I have back pain, will this help?
very Ashtanga pose, no matter how advanced it may seem, has many variations. Even the simplest version can be healing if done mindfully and in sync with your breath. We’ll find the best variation for you.
