How will we proceed in the online course?

Part 1

Building a stable foundation

You will discover new levels of emotional flow and mental fluidity that are necessary to achieve states of self-excitation.

Part 2

Becoming a solid light

You will learn several frequencies that will enable you to create a light that is solid enough to achieve and maintain states of self-excitation for extended periods.

Part 3

Beginning of self-exciting

You will explore the skills that will allow you to achieve self-excitation.

Part 4

Self-excitating

You will begin to experience incredible states of consciousness that are possible through self-excitation. You will recognize yourself as a radiant being of light. You will discover the light of these spaces and draw it into your everyday life.

How to handle so much light?

Everything in your life will go better when you are overflowing with energy thanks to self-exciting. The more you “place” your growing radiance somewhere, the better you will be able to maintain the flow of light that you have started. You can put your radiance into anything that can resonate with the energy you create. For example, people, animals, situations, projects you are working on… By growing, you also support the growth of all life and spread light around you.
