What's the story behind my songs?
Experience the atmosphere of my concerts through recordings of my performances (playlist), where I play and sing the piano. Whether you prefer solo piano improvisations or energetic performances with a band, you’ll find something to enjoy.
Between 2020 and 2022, I created 44 tracks for my album “Fairy Songs,” a collection of healing and whimsical tunes. Half were in Czech, half in English, a fun experiment to see if I could craft two different narratives for the same melody. 🙂 Inspired by Native American healing rituals, ancestral wisdom, and the body’s innate healing abilities, these songs are now being revamped to offer practical support for various life situations.
In 2022-2023, I shifted gears to compose 23 more intricate and romantic songs for “Songs of Transformation.” Love, relationships, and a dash of playful experimentation (think “Avalanche” or “Shark”) form the heart of this album. Under the guidance of seasoned vocalist Kaczi, the songbook received a major update in 2024.
Since 2024, I’ve been collaborating with the band Sonina Smečka, featuring young guitar prodigy Péťa Boček, mentored by Standa Kvoch. Together, we’re giving my songs a rockier edge, exploring a wider range of instruments. Catch us live 1-2 times a year in Ostrava at Standa Kvoch’s annual student concerts.
