By awakening your light body, you become a “graduate.”
You can then choose from a variety of follow-up courses to further strengthen and develop your light body.

However, it’s essential to start with the Awakening the Light Body course to gradually accustom yourself to perceiving the most subtle energies. Without this foundational training, you might not feel anything in the advanced courses, or you might find yourself falling asleep (as it would be beyond your current perceptual abilities).
